Terms & Conditions

1. General 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Big 3D Print NI ("the Company"). By placing an order, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.2 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to all orders placed thereafter.

2. Services 2.1 The Company offers three delivery options for 3D printing services:

  • Express Service: Delivery within 7 working days.

  • Typical Service: Delivery within 8 to 14 working days.

  • Economy Service: Delivery within 15 to 21 working days.

2.2 Delivery timeframes commence upon order confirmation and receipt of all necessary files and payment.

2.3 The delivery estimates are subject to material availability, print complexity, and order volume. The Company will notify the Customer of any delays as soon as practicable.

3. Orders 3.1 All orders must be submitted with complete and accurate specifications, including file formats, dimensions, material preferences, and any special requirements. 3.2 The Company reserves the right to reject orders that do not meet technical feasibility or other requirements. 3.3 Once an order is confirmed, modifications may incur additional costs and extend delivery times.

 

4. Pricing and Payment 4.1 Prices are quoted based on the specifications provided by the Customer. Any changes to the specifications may result in price adjustments. 4.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. 4.3 Payment is required in full before production commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery and Shipping 5.1 The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. 5.2 Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address. 5.3 International shipping may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are the Customer's responsibility.

 

6. Quality and Warranty 6.1 The Company ensures all prints are produced to a high standard and in accordance with the specifications provided. 6.2 Minor variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and will not be considered defects. 6.3 The Company will repair or reprint items with material or production defects reported within 7 days of delivery. This excludes defects arising from Customer-provided files or improper use.

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds 7.1 Orders may be cancelled prior to production. Once production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. 7.2 Refunds are issued only for orders cancelled before production or for items deemed defective under clause 6.3.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities 8.1 The Customer warrants that all files and designs provided do not infringe any intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws. 8.2 The Customer is responsible for verifying the suitability of the printed items for their intended use.

 

9. Liability 9.1 The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the order. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 9.2 The Company is not liable for damages arising from the misuse of printed items or from designs provided by the Customer.

 

10. Governing Law 10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
